  1. 1. Boil macaroni noodles for 20 minutes. In a frying pan add olive oil and all of the mushrooms. Toss the mushrooms for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. Drain and add macaroni noodles to mushrooms. Mix together tomato paste and water and add into mushrooms and macaroni noodles.
  3. 3. Serve dish with permasan cheese.
