  1. Trim fat from meat and cut into bit size pieces. Heat 1/2 of oil in a large sauce pan. Place meat and onion into pan, stir often while cooking 3 mintues or until no pink remains. Dump meat & onion into a serving bowl or platter. Add the other half of oil into the now empty pan. Toss in cabbage mix, sesame seeds, and mushrooms. Stir and cook for 2-3 more minutes. Dump the cabbage mix in the bowl with the meat. Pour the water back into the again empty pan. Bring to a boil and add ramen noodles (including the flavor packets). Cook for an additional 2-3 mintues. Empty the meat and cabbage mix back into the pan, add the soy sauce. Stir and simmer 2 minutes and serve. This recipe is very very flexible and yummy.
