  1. Remove wrappings from tamales and lay in an 8x8 baking pan. Pour can of chile over tamales. Make corn muffin batter according to package directions, stir in mexicorn. Pour batter over tamales and bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until crust is crispy and golden.
