  1. Brown the cube steaks in a skillet over medium heat. When almost browned, pour the undiluted soup and mushrooms over top. Simmer a few more minutes until steaks are tender and soup has formed a gravy. Serve the mushroom gravy with the steaks over mashed potatoes.
