  1. 1. In a medium-sized bowl, mix soup, broth, garlic powder, and oregano well. Pour into crock pot.
  2. 2. Salt and pepper all sides of roast then place on top of liquids in pot. Cook on low heat 9 to 12 hours
  3. 3. Carefully remove roast onto a platter and remove as much fat as possible.
  4. 4. If gravy is too oily, put in small container and refrigerate or freeze until fat solidifies, then skim it off. Reheat and serve over beef.
