  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Grease a 9x13" pan and layer with slices of cookie dough from one roll. Press dough with hands to fill entire bottom of pan.
  3. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla on high speed for 5 minutes or until smooth. Pour mixture over cookie dough.
  4. Using the second roll of dough, pull off bits and scatter evenly over top of cream cheese mixture. Leave as few gaps as possible.
  5. Bake for 45 minutes until golden brown. Be sure center is cooked before removing from oven.
  6. Cool for at least an hour before cutting into bars. These will last up to a week in the refrigerator and a month in the freezer.
