Mustard and Garlic Crusted Salmon Filets

  1. Fold in mustard with minced garlic, minced onion and drizzle in some olive oil.
  2. Coat both sides of the salmon filets with the sauce, and reserve any extra in a separate container.
  3. Cover and let marinate in the fridge between 10 minutes to 3 hours. Grill until it flakes, depending on size, about 8 minutes per side.
  4. Top filets with the remaining reserved sauce, and a bit of parsley and a lemon wedge.
  5. I serve this with sautéed potatoes in olive oil, garlic and dill.
