  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 ?
  2. 2. Place and spread out the cicken in deep pan
  3. 3. Put the potatoes in the pan with the chicken
  4. 4. Ad little of the wine to the tomato paste and stir it in pour a little off the top onto the chicken. Then Keep adding the wine to it the tomato paste until all the tomato paste is gone (this is the secret key). Repeat this until the chicken is completely covered with the wine and tomato paste mixture.
  5. 5. Sprinkle Rosemary on top
  6. 6. Place pan in the oven and bake for 1 hour and a 45 minutes or until done.
  7. This recipe is also great in the slow cooker
