4. Ad little of the wine to the tomato paste and stir it in pour a little off the top onto the chicken. Then Keep adding the wine to it the tomato paste until all the tomato paste is gone (this is the secret key). Repeat this until the chicken is completely covered with the wine and tomato paste mixture.
5. Sprinkle Rosemary on top
