  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in a pot. Cover and bring to boil stirring occasionally to prevent sticking. Spoon into a buttered 9x13 baking dish and cover with foil. Bake in a 400 degree oven for 50 minutes. Uncover and sprinkle with cheese. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until potatoes are very soft and browned.
