  1. Place herbs, mushrooms, and garlic in food processor or blender until it is powder consistency. Place on baking sheet. Roll tenderloin in olive oil. Roll in dried mixture until well coated. Let rest five minutes, and roll again in oil and dried mixture. Heat vegetable oil over medium high heat for three minutes. Add tenderloin and brown on all sides. Place in oven at 350 for 30 minutes, or until pork is no longer pink or beef is cooked to preference.
