"A very easy and tasty dish which is great served with a crusty Sourdough French Bread like we have here in the San Francisco Bay Area. Adjust the spices to your own liking. Top with grated Parmesan cheese. Very good served over spaghetti."

  1. Saute ground beef, add tomatoes and tomatoe sauce, stir in spices then mix in sliced zucchini and mushrooms.
  2. Cover and simmer on medium-lo heat till zucchini is tender about 20 to 25 minutes.
  3. Server alone or over spaghetti and top with freshly grated Parmesan Cheese.
