  1. 1. Combine oatmeal, flour, baking powder and cinnamon in a medium bowl; set aside.
  2. 2. Blend milk, egg, and margarine or butter in a small bowl; stir into dry ingredients until blended. Let stand 5 minutes.
  3. 3. Pour 1/3 - 1/2 cup batter for each pancake onto preheated, greased/sprayed griddle or skillet. Cook until bubbly; turn and cook until done. Serve warm with syrup if desired.
  4. Tip: Try using different flavors of oatmeal. For example: apple cinnamon, peach, strawberry, blueberry. :)
