In a large bowl, combine ground meat, soup, chopped onion, rolled oats, eggs, steak sauce, ketchup and mustard. Mix well. Roll out flat , about 1 inch thick , pat down by hand , add stuffing ( directions below ) and roll over, seal edges .
Shape into a loaf, and pat into a loaf pan.
Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 1 hour or until done.

Boil potatoes. Break bread into small pieces; chop onions. Mash potatoes and mix all ingredients together. Stuff meatloaf when ready to bake.Leftover mashed potatoes are great for this recipe.
