  1. Brown 1 lb ground turkey.
  2. Add onion, pepper, and dill to taste, along with lemon juice and equal amount water.Stir in garbanzo beans. Continue to heat over medium high until liquid has cooked down.
  3. Spread spinich herb "wraps" or other tortillas with a thin but tacky layer of cream cheese. Place spoonfuls of filling down center of wrap. Top with parmesan, carrot sticks, then sprouts and wrap.
  4. Enjoy!
