  1. Cook and stir ground beef, sausage and onion in a large skillet until meat is brown and onion tender. Drain off excess fat.
  2. Place meat and remaining ingredients except pasta and cheese in a Crock-Pot. Cover and cook on Low for 8 to 12 hours or on High 4 to 8 hours, stirring occasionally.
  3. Cook pasta as directed on package; drain. Place drained pasta in a large, shallow bowl, for serving.
  4. To serve, place pasta on dinner plates and sauce on top of pasta with cheese on top!!
