  1. mix the Ground Turkey with 1/3 cup of mushrooms, and mix in the onion, and season (if desired)..
  2. spray pan with pan spray...:)
  3. shape the patty to fit the bun...
  4. fry in pan til done..
  5. place on bun...
  6. add au jus to already heated pan, saute the remaining mushrooms, and you may add more onion if desired..
  7. after sauted, put mushrooms and onion(if desired) over the patty..
  8. eat and enjoy..
