  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. 2. Trim fat from lamb chops. Place chops in a greased cassarole dish
  3. (the deeper the dish the better). Peel and slice onions. Cover the lamb with a layer of onions.
  4. 3. Sprinkle some parsle, pepper, and salt over the onions.
  5. 4. Peel and slice carrots. Cover the onions with a layer of carrots.
  6. 5. Sprinkle some parsley, pepper, and salt over the carrots.
  7. 6. Peel and slice potatoes, if using very small potatoes you can leave them whole, but will need more. Cover the carrots with a layer of potatoes.
  8. 7. Sprinkly any remaining parsley, pepper, and salt over the potatoes.
  9. 8. Add cold water to fill the dish halfway. Bake covered for an hour. Then, bake another half hour uncovered.
  10. 9. Serve.
