Combine ingredients in saucepan and cook over medium high heat, stirring constantly, until thickened and reduced, about 15-20 minutes. Place in airtight plastic container, then chill in refrigerator for 1 hour. Then stir and place into freezer. Stir again after 1 hour, then freeze overnight before serving.
