"It's an origanl, old family recipe. Ice box cake gets it name from the olden days when you would chill it in your ice box. Made with nothing more than whip cream and chocolate wafer cookies."

  1. 1. Whip the cream into whip cream and add vanilla towards the end. DO NOT ADD ANY SUGAR!!!
  2. 2. Ice the flat end of one cookies and hold in place on plate. hold it there.
  3. 3. Place 3 or 4 more cookies extencing from that one icing the flat end of each cookie as you go. The log should be able to stay up by it's self now but if not continue holing them until it does.
  4. 4. Now, continue icing the flat end of the cookies until it just about reaches the end of the plate.
  5. 5. Finally, ice the whole log with the remaining whip cream. Refidgerate 6 hours to overnight but not to much longer or it wil get soggy.
  6. 6. Most inportantly...remember to cut it on an angle!
