  1. peel the potatoes. heat water in a pot to boiling. add potatoes, cook 20 mins. Drain. Begin mashing adding milk gradually. You want a smooth, creamy, but not watery text. Add more or less milk as required. Finally, add the truffel oil and salt and mix well.
