  1. Spray casserole dish with non stick spray (Pam). Add evaporated milk and eggs to casserole dish. Mix mixture with fork. Decrust bread and break up into small pieces into the mixture. Let sit for a minute or two so the bread can absorb the liquid. Stir as needed. Add cheese. Stir as needed. You can purchase store bought shredded cheese. I prefer to use my salad shooter to grade my cheese. It's cheaper. Either way is fine. Optional: Add slices of pimento for color. Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until middle is firm and the top is a golden brown. It's delicious.
