  1. 1. Heat oil ( lard and peanut oil) in a wok or large skillet over a medium heat. Add garlic and onion and saute until soft. Then add the frozen mix veggie, soya sauce and stir fry for 2 minutes.
  2. 2. Stir in ham and stir fry for more 1 minute. Then add rice and scrambled egg and stir thoroughly. Add pepper to taste.
  3. Heat through and serve hot.
