  2. Layer in DEEP Cassrole
  3. Season with salt and pepper
  4. Top with chives and diced green onions
  5. Top with shreeded sharp cheese
  6. Top with bacon bit
  7. Top with sour cream
  8. REPEAT until casserole is topped off
  9. Oven bake at 300
  10. Until potatoes are down
  11. Always better if done the day before eating
  12. Can also be done in slow deep crock pot
