Spread one package of rolls in the bottom of a 9x13 baking pan.
Layer the sliced cheeses and meats in pan IN THE ORDER LISTED ABOVE. (i.e. cheeses on the bottom) Each layer should cover the length and width of the pan.
Drain the peppers and spread them over the pepperoni.
Beat eggs with parmesan cheese and pour almost all of it over the red peppers.
Top with second package of crescent rolls. (You'll have to spread and stretch the dough a little to cover length and width of pan.)
Spread remaining egg mixture over dough.
Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and bake up to 45 min more, checking every 15 minutes for doneness. If too browned, cover with foil. Cut into squares and serve while still warm.
