  1. 1.Cut meat into small portions, dredge in flour and brown in oil in Dutch Oven or large saute pan, season with salt and pepper while browning
  2. 2. Meanwhile, mix all other ingredients (except wine) in bowl and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  3. 3. Remove meat from pan and add wine, deglaze pan and cook until reduced by about half, then add remaining ingredients and heat, add meat back into the sauce
  4. 4. I like to use an Aluminum Oven Bag for easy cleanup, so I transfer everything to that and put it on a cookie sheet in the oven and cook until very tender, approximately 2-3 hours.
