  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Combine ground beef, ground pork (or turkey), salt, onion peppper and egg. Form into oval and place in a greased 8x10-inch baking dish.
  3. Mix ingredients for sauce and let simmer about 20 minutes. After simmering, pour over meat loaf and bake in 350-degree oven for one hour.
  4. Serve with mashed potatoes and any other veggies to your liking.
