Put the oil in your wok or stir fry pan and heat over high for 2 minutes. While it is heating combine the broth and orange juice in a bowl and set aside. Add the ginger to the pan and stir fry one minute. Add the meat and stir fry 3 minutes. If you are going to add any sliced onion, mushrooms or chinese vegetables, add them next and stir fry 3 more minutes.
Now mix in the sauce and the remaining ingredients, lower the heat and simmer for two minutes. Remove from heat and let stand for 3 minutes. Serve with rice. Enjoy!
