  1. 1. prepare rice according to package
  2. 2. drain tuna, break into small pieces and empty into bowl.
  3. 3. dice red bell pepper and add to tuna
  4. 4. add prepared rice to tuna and bell pepper and mix thoroughly.
  5. 5. top with chow mein noodle
  6. 6. add soy sauce for flavoring as needed
