Directions

  1. Combine the seafood or poultry if you desire with the next seven ingredients in a large bowl. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, soy sauce and pepper. Mix well and add to the salad ingredients. Refrigerate, covered for at least 4 hours before serving.
