  1. Drain tomatoes, beans & chiles then combine in small saucepan and heat through, while cooking rice. Combine equal parts rice & chicken broth (ie. 2 cups rice - 2 cups chicken broth) w/ onion. Cook until rice is tender and let stand to absorb liquid. Combine tomatoes, beans & chiles with rice. Serve & enjoy! This is great for lunch with a salad!
