In a large frying pan or electric frying pan, saute celery, carrots and onion until tender. Add turkey, bouillon and seasonings; stir to mix. At this point, you can also add frozen vegetables such as green beans and peas. Add enough water to entirely cover the turkey and vegetables. Heat until boiling; boil gently for 15 minutes. Combine water and flour in a shaker. Add slowly to frying pan, stirring constantly until desired consistency. Add Kitchen Bouquette to taste. Serve over toast or biscuits.
