  1. Break up bread and place pieces in a big bowl.
  2. Brown Sausage meat set aside
  3. Cook Celery and Onion in butter until soft
  4. Combine sausage, celery, onion, sage, salt pepper in with bread mixture.
  5. beat eggs and add to mixture
  6. Add Chicken broth to stuffing enough until moist, but not too mushy.
  7. Place cooled stuffing in bird. Never put warm stuffing into your turkey, it will make the turkey go sour. Bake bird as directed on package.
