  1. In a medium saucepan, combine broth, spinach, onion and garlic powder. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 to 8 minutes or until spinach is thoroughly cooked.
  2. In a medium-size bowl, combine milk, sour cream, salt, pepper and flour; blend until smooth. Add soup; cook and stir over medium-high heat until bubbly and thickened.
  3. Reduce heat to low; simmer 3 to 4 minutes. Add cheese's; cook and stir until cheese's are well melted and soup is thoroughly heated and smoot!!
  4. Serve hot!! Place 1 1/4cs soup, into 6 soup bowls! Goes great with Texas Herb or Garlic Toast!!
