Butter French bread and sprinkle with garlic powder to taste, then toast. Set aside. Combine condensed soup, amount of water specified on can, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, salt, and garlic powder together in microwave-safe bowl, cover, and microwave for 3-5 minutes. Place a slice of French bread into 4 separate bowls, and top with about 1/4 c. shredded pepperonis EACH. Pour seasoned soup over all, top with mozzarella, and serve!
