  1. In a medium-sized stew pot, over medium heat oil and garlic until fragrant. Brown and crumble meat being mind full not to burn in the oil. Add broth and frozen seasoning blend, cook until slightly tender. Stir in the beans, tomatoes, corn, and browned meat. Simmer
  2. for 45 minutes. Add potatoes, squash, and zucchini, simmer, covered, for an additional 20
  3. minutes.
