  1. 3 Russet Potatoes(peeled and diced)
  2. 2 lg carrots (peeled and sliced)
  3. 2 lg stalks celery (chopped)
  4. 1 28oz can whole tomatoes.
  5. 1 medium Onion (chopped)
  6. 2 tbsp Tabasco sauce
  7. 1 large brick chilli con carne.
  8. 1 tsp oregano
  9. 1 tsp cumin
  10. Put all Vegatables in stock pot. Cover with water, bring to a boil
  11. Add Tabasco sauce., chilli and
  12. the spices. turn down the heat to
  13. medium heat and cook until the
  14. vegatables are tender. about 30
  15. minutes, Add salt and pepper to taste. Serves 6-8.
