"Not ordinary shrimp and spaghetti, this is very cheesy and NOT for dieters. My mom has been making this for years, although I've adjusted this a little for my tastes. The measurements are just guidlines, add as much or as little spice as you like."
Boil pasta in salted water. Saute garlic (if using fresh) in melted butter for 5 min, add shrimp, parsley, and creole seasoning and cook until shrimp are pink. Pour whole mixture of hot cooked spaghetti. Slowly sprinkle in cheese and stir until melted and evenly distributed in spaghetti. Serve with parmesan cheese. For an extra kick, substitute Pepper Jack cheese instead.
