  1. cook tortellini and drain.
  2. In saucepan saute scallions and garlic in butter for 2 minutes. Remove pan from heat, whisk in ricotta cheese and milk. Add tuna, mozzerella, parmesan and basil. Cook over medium-low heat until cheese is melted. Toss with tortellini.
