  1. Remove lobster meat from shell, tearing into small pieces. Set aside.
  2. Saute onion in butter.
  3. Stir in flour and cook until bubbly.
  4. Gradually stir in the broth and cook until thickened.
  5. Stir in brandy and lobster meat, cover and lightly simmer for 15 minutes.
  6. Use some of the cream to thin the tomato paste (putting it in a blender works well), then add it, the remaining cream, salt and white pepper to bisque.
  7. Heat, being careful not to boil.
  8. Enjoy!
