  1. Pour warm melted butter over 3/4 cup Chocolate chips,to make a "chocolate syrup", blend dry ingredients and stir into Chocolate mixture, stir in beaten Eggs and Vanilla, add remaing 1/4 cup UNMELTED Chocolate Chips and optional Coconut.
  2. Pour mixture into pie shell and bake in 350* oven 35 to 40 minutes.
  3. Top will be set and begin to slightly crack, best if a bit underbaked.
  4. To Serve warm in microwave for a few seconds to melt the unmelted Chocolate chips.
  5. Can be topped with a dollop of whipped cream, but none is really needed.
