  1. Sautee veggies and spices in frying pan with a little vegetable oil.
  2. Place in frozen pie shell.
  3. Pour beaten eggs over pies. Brush edges of shell with any remaining egg in bowl.
  4. Bake in preheated 400 degree oven for 15-20 mins or until golden.
