  1. Make filling: Beat cream cheese, sugar, peanut butter, butter, and vanilla in large bowl till creamy *important - gently fold in 1/2 of beaten whipped cream. Then fold the remaining whip cream. Fold till blended. Spread in crust. Smooth top:
  2. Topping. In Microwave combine chips and coffee - cook 2 minutes. Remove Cool slightly and pour over top of pie. Refrigerate 1 hour till firm. Then place plastic wrap on top and place in frig overnight. Worth the wait....enjoy
