Leave ice cream out just to soften slightly. Cut all the candies into bite size pieces. (Note: put candies in refrigerator until ready to use, they will be easier to cut)Mix ice cream and peanut butter together. Spread half the mixture into pie crust. Sprinkle half of cut candies. Pour rest of ice cream on top. Mound high in center.
Freeze until firm. Just before serving
put whip cream in center of pie. Sprinkle with remaining candies. Drizzle with chocolate syrup.
