  1. Cut the salmon into thin bite size strips and set aside.
  2. Cook pasta and set aside, keeping warm. In large skillet cook onion and garlic in butter til tender. Add salmon and cook 1 minute. Stir in whipping cream, dill, lemon peel, and pepper. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Cook at a gentle simmer about 5 minutes or until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese. Spoon over pasta.
