  1. Remove and discard sausage casings; cook and stir sausage in a skillet over medium high heat, until well cooked. Drain off fat.
  2. Stir in wine, salt and pepper. Cook about 15 minutes or longer, stirring occasionally. Remove sausage mixture from skillet and set aside.
  3. Cook pasta as pkg. directs and drain well.
  4. Meanwhile, cook and stir peppers, garlic and onions in hot oil until tender-crisp. Return sausage to skillet; add parsley and Italian Seasoning and heat thoroughly.
  5. Toss sausage mixture with pasta, cherry tomatoes and toss lightly.
  6. Serve hot!! Place on serving dishes and sprinkle with cheese. Serve with Texas Herb or Garlic Toast!!
