"These Cookies were invented when I tried to make other PB cookies and played with it a little. I suggest waiting till they are cool so they don't crumble. Can be adjusted to gluten-free or wheat-free."
Preheat oven to 350 F. Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Add wet ingredients and mix until dough is uniform in color. Spoon dough on lightly greased sheet and press cookies with fork. Bake for 8 min. Let cool and enjoy! A NOTE: You can use any flour that you would like and can be made to be Gluten-free by using non-gluten flour such as rice or potato and gluten-free vanilla.
