Mix the mayonnaise with the lemon juice. Wash and pat dry each chicken breast. In a separate shallow bowl, combine the parmesan cheese, and italian seasoning.
Coat each chicken breast in the mayonnaise mixture. Dunk in bread crumbs. Dunk in parmesan cheese mixture. Fry in butter in heavy fry pan for 5 to 10 minutes on each side, or until juices run clear.
*Note - you may bake chicken by placing in shallow baking pan, and putting in 350 degree oven, uncovered for 45 minutes, or until juices run clear. We have also placed the chicken onto a greased bbq grill, and grilled until done (approx. 20 min's)
