  1. 1. Cook pasta according to directions.
  2. 2. Combine flour with garlic powder, black pepper and onion powder.
  3. 3. Dip chicken cutlets in flour.
  4. 4. In a 12 inch skillet, melt 2 tablespoons margarine over medium high heat and cook cutlets for 2 minutes on each side or until browned.
  5. 5. Remove chicken to serving dish and keep warm.
  6. 6. Add remaining 1 tablespoon margarine to skilled and cook mushrooms for 2 minutes.
  7. 7. Pre-heat brouler.
  8. 8. To Skillet, add soup mix blended with water, wine, and heavy cream.
  9. 9. Simmer uncovered for 2 minutes or until sauce is thickened.
  10. 10. Pour sauce over chicken cutlets; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  11. 11. Broil about 2 minutes until golden.
  12. 12. Serve with cooked pasta.
