  1. melt 2tbsp butter in a large saucepan, saute bell pepper and onion til tender.combine in a bowl with chopped chicken and green chilies, set aside.in same saucepan melt the remaining butter blend in flour and coriander, pour in chicken broth all at once cook and stir til thickened and bubbly remove from heat, stir in sour cream and cheese. stir 1/2 cup sauce into chicken mixture.dip each tortilla into remaining sauce to soften,fill each tortilla with 1/4 c of chicken mixture,roll up and arrange in a 13x9 pan pour remaining sauce over top. sprinkle top with shredded cheese, bake uncovered in 350 oven til cheese is melted.Note: add more flour if sauce seems too thin before adding cheese and sour cream.
