  1. You may halve recipe for a small family, but make the same amount of sauce and 1 cup stuffing mix Place chicken breasts in a large greased baking dish, like 13x9. Sprinkle a little lemon pepper on each. Top each breast with a slice of swiss cheese. Combine soup and wine, stirring well. Pour over breasts. Melt butter in a small saucepan. Add crumbs and toss well. Sprinkle over top of casserole. You may double stuffing ingredients if you want more. You can also double sauce if you plan on serving it over rice and want more gravy. Bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
